Description
Hailing from the Côtes-de-Povence appellation – in other words, from the very heart of the kingdom of rosé – this wine is elaborated with 50% Grenache, Tibouren, Cinsault and Syrah. On the eye, it is a light, delicate pink – in the mouth, it is aromatic, crisp and tangy, a lively wine, with notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango and grapefruit), fresh cherries and peonies, and a lingering aftertaste of ripe peaches. Its good structure is upheld by a fine and refreshing crispness.
Food & wine pairing
This wine is ideally drunk… on its own! But to be fair, on a hot summer day, it will also make a perfect companion to seafood meals and finger food.
